What is your shipping policy?

We offer ground shipping service, which allows us to assist more customers. Packages generally take 7-14 days from placing an order to arrival at your door. If you have additional shipping questions, please contact us at 805-798-3592. 

What is your return policy? 

We understand that you may need to return an Alchemist's Remedy product. Should you feel the need to do so, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will send a package label to your email that you can print out, place on the same package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.
